On the Arkus AI Tool dashboard, select the Patients menu.
Use the search bar or browse the available records to locate the patient’s record whose contact information you wish to view.
Click on the patient’s name to open their record.
On the initial screen, you will find the patient’s basic information and an overview of their record.
To add contact details to the patient record, click the ‘Edit’ button on the right side of the patient’s page.
Enter the mobile number and/or email, then click ‘Save.’ The tool will use these contact details to send requests to the patient, so please ensure accuracy. You can also edit this information later if needed.
