On the Arkus AI Tool dashboard, select the Pedigree menu and click on the export icon on the right side of the patient list.

Select the “Export to CanRisk” option and choose whether or not to anonymize the patient data. Click “Export” to generate the TXT document. Once completed, you can save the file to your device.

Another way to generate the CanRisk file is by navigating to the patient’s page and accessing their pedigree. In the bottom-right corner, you’ll also find the export icon. Click it and follow the same steps as above.
