Arkus platform rules for builders

Welcome to Arkus. Our platform enables builders to create powerful AI-driven applications and agents. To keep Arkus safe, reliable, and trustworthy for everyone, all builders must follow the guidelines below when creating and hosting projects on the platform.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in project suspension or removal. Repeated violations may lead to account termination without refund of platform credits.

If you believe your project was removed in error or wish to report a violation, please contact us at hello@arkus.ai with the subject ‘Abuse’.

Contact Arkus to:

  • Submit an appeal if your project was suspended. Include the project URL and project ID to help us process your request faster.
  • Report a malicious or rule-violating project hosted on the Arkus platform.
  • Please use the subject line: “Abuse: Malicious site report”.

Prohibited Content and Activities

The following types of content and activities are not allowed on Arkus.

1. Violent Content

Content that promotes, glorifies, encourages, or threatens violence in any form. This includes:

  • Supporting or promoting organizations known for violent activities
  • Content celebrating physical harm or aggression

2. Child Harm

Any content that involves, depicts, promotes, or facilitates the exploitation or harm of minors. This includes:

  • Content that endangers children
  • Any form of child exploitation or abuse

3. Abuse and Harassment

Content intended to harass, bully, or target individuals or groups. This includes:

  • Targeted harassment campaigns
  • Abusive or degrading language directed at individuals or communities

4. Discrimination and Hate

Content that promotes hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as:

  • Race or ethnicity
  • Nationality
  • Gender or gender identity
  • Sexual orientation
  • Religion
  • Age
  • Disability
  • Health status

5. Self-Harm and Suicide

Content that encourages, glorifies, promotes, or distributes material related to:

  • Self-harm
  • Suicide
  • Instructions or encouragement related to these activities

6. Adult Content

The following content is prohibited:

  • Pornographic material
  • Pay-per-view adult content
  • Promotion of trafficking, escort services, or solicitation
  • Exceptions
  • The following may be allowed if they comply with all other Arkus guidelines:
  • Informational or commercial sites related to adult products (e.g., adult literature, art, or products)
  • AI companion applications, provided they comply with all platform rules

7. Deepfakes and Misinformation

Projects must not create or distribute misleading or deceptive information. Prohibited uses include:

  • Creation or promotion of deepfake content
  • Spreading misinformation or fake news
  • Impersonating legitimate media or trusted organizations to mislead users

8. Illegal or Restricted Goods and Services

The platform may not be used to promote or sell illegal or restricted goods or services. Examples include:

  • Illegal drugs
  • Unlicensed weapons
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen property
  • Unlicensed gambling services
  • Unauthorized financial services
  • Additionally prohibited:
  • Scam websites
  • Ponzi schemes
  • Fake coupon campaigns
  • Services misleading users with false promises of payouts

9. Private Information

Publishing or distributing private personal information without consent is prohibited. Examples include:

  • Home addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Identification documents
  • Other sensitive personal data

10. Non-Consensual Images

Uploading or distributing images or videos of individuals without their permission is not allowed. This includes:

  • Intimate images
  • Any visual content shared without the person’s consent

11. Security and Safety Violations

The Arkus platform must not be used to distribute or promote malicious activities, including:

  • Stolen login credentials or passwords
  • Sensitive leaked data
  • Phishing schemes
  • Malware distribution
  • Unauthorized impersonation of individuals or organizations

12. Copyright and Trademark Infringement

Builders must respect intellectual property rights. Prohibited activities include:

  • Hosting content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
  • Creating direct copies of existing commercial websites or digital services
  • Using the names, logos, or branding of known companies to impersonate them
  • Projects that impersonate existing services will be treated as malicious and removed from the platform.
